Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365 Manchester, Greater Manchester Permanent £50K-£65K per annum **Role - Power Platform Lead** **Skills - Power Platform / Power Apps / Power BI** **Location - Any within UK and Ireland** **Salary - Up to £65,000 plus bonus / profit share** **Work Pattern - Mixed between office and home (lots of possible office locations)** **The Role** We have a brand-new role, and this is a unique opportunity for someone to effectively build and run Power Platform practise for a growing company. This is an opportunity for someone to entirely shape and model their role and the department they run and you will be given a huge amount of support to get the division off the ground. We appreciate this is a fairly unique role therefore we encourage you to read on for information, reach out to discuss and have an initial conversation with our client to find out more. **The Company** The company are growing quickly, and they currently have a number of business areas which include a Managed Service Provider and Telecommunications Division as well as a small but growing consultancy practice. They are solely a Microsoft focussed business. There is an opportunity within their existing customer base to get huge value out of the Power Platform but at the moment they simply don't have the capability within the business to do this. They know there is a gap in their knowledge and that is really where this role comes in. They are looking to address this by adding a Power Platform expert to the team. **What does the role look like?** You will be tasked with getting the businesses Power Platform Capability off the ground and effectively come up with ideas and way their can add Power Platform to their current offering. Power Platform should sit very nicely within their current suite of MS technologies so this role is really to bring the expertise and advise. There is a large second part of the position - that is the hiring, training and development of the department. We are expecting this person to add people to the team and lead them, including training and upskilling. You will be really the person to mould the team and build it as you see fit. **What are we looking for?** We are looking for someone who loves the technology, has great, in-depth knowledge with Power Platform and can advise customers and clients on how it can work for their business. As above, we are looking for someone who wants a role where you will be given freedom to shape the position to your own desires and build your own department. You will need to be an "ideas person" who can bring ideas to the business they can take to market as well as enjoy training and mentoring. **Locations** They have offices across the UK and given the training and mentoring mentioned above there will be time needed in the office working with younger people. There is no location restriction on this role, because if you can't reach one of their offices, they will create a new one for you. The junior and apprentices that they will being into the business are going to be based around you so they will be hired in accordance with your location but there are a number of established offices already in place. **Requirements**: - Experience of the full Power Platform Suite. - Desire to train, develop and mentor junior developers. - Ability to be the technical expert within the department. **Pay and Benefits** The position has the chance to be lucrative because in addition to the salary there is a company bonus scheme in the short term. In the longer term this position will have a profit share component to the package to give you a financial reward which is directly related to the development of the department.
