Job DescriptionTech Lead Power PlatformBase salary: 70k to 80k (up to 90k OTE)Location: Remote with occasional client visits and monthly Manchester meetupsYou will need to be eligible for SC clearance which normally requires five years of UK residency.About the RoleEdge Tech is working with a growing Intelligent Automation Consultancy which is looking for a senior technology leader who blends strong hands-on ability with clear confident leadership. This role sits at the heart of our Power Platform capability and will guide how we design build and deliver solutions for our clients. Youll balance technical ownership with people management client workshops and real consultative engagement.Youll work across several accounts shaping architecture defining best practice and stepping in to solve complex technical challenges. Youll also be the person clients trust running workshops gathering requirements presenting solution options and helping senior stakeholders understand the value of what were delivering. Strong communication is essential along with the ability to adapt your approach to technical and non-technical audiences.On the leadership side youll manage and coach a team of senior consultants. Youll help them grow set standards review their work ensuring the practice is continually improving. Youll lead by example through both your technical depth and your approach to delivery.This role will remain partly billable and requires someone who is comfortable working across multiple projects at once.What Youll DoAct as the technical lead across Power Platform engagementsArchitect and deliver solutions using Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse and Power PagesRun client workshops discovery sessions and technical deep divesBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders and present solutions with clarityGuide teams through tricky functional and non-functional requirementsMentor and manage senior consultants setting standards and supporting their developmentWork closely with clients in person when requiredProvide hands-on support across projects while shaping wider practice directionStay ahead of Power Platform capabilities emerging features and related Azure servicesWhat Youll Bring5 years of consulting experience ideally across multiple client environmentsProven track record leading and delivering Power Platform solutions end to endStrong communication and the confidence to handle workshops presentations and stakeholder discussionsAbility to influence coach and motivate delivery teamsExperience managing senior consultants or leading technical teamsDeep knowledge of core Power Platform componentsSolid architectural thinking and problem-solving across enterprise scenariosComfortable balancing hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities Key Skills Apparel Merchandising,Freelancing,Courier Delivery,Marine Services,Air Conditioning Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 70000 - 80000
