**Location: In our modern HQ in Harwell Science & Innovation Park, near Didcot, South Oxfordshire.**

**Full Time Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week**

Our procurement team are in the heart of our business, ensuring our UK wide workforce is provisioned with equipment, supplies, and services to support the exciting growth of our operations. Going through transformation to ensure effective supplier-to-user chain and optimisation of supplier value opportunities, we are now looking for an experienced, organised and diligent administrator to support our friendly, collaborative team in our 1 year fixed term contract.

**Your duties and responsibilities**:

- Building effective relationships with stakeholders across the UK, answering, and administering approved purchases
- Creating and updating MS Excel / Google Sheets reporting and metrics
- Administer fleet, new vehicle pipeline and vehicle delivery documents
- Obtain insurance paperwork, assess and add new suppliers to rosters
- Diligently update supplier insurance databases
- Manage supplier relationships, providing support to in supplier and insurance renewal analysis
- Control mobile supplier account, supporting enquiries queries and supplier administration

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Previous experience in an office coordination role, demonstrating collaborative working style in a busy challenging environment
- MS Excel and / or Google Sheets experience, using Pivot tables to analyse information
- Demonstration of building effective stakeholder or customer relationships
- Strong numerical skills, able to analyse multiple costings and figures
- Advanced communication and team collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Full UK, Manual, Driving Licence

**Desirable**:

- SME Business experience
- Procurement administration experience
