Key Responsibilities of the Head of Marketing include but are not limited to:

- The overall responsibility for the creation & implementation of the marketing strategy for SureScreen Materials, SureScreen Scientifics & SureScreen Health to drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
- To manage all marketing resources to ensure growth and ROI.
- Ensure that the STP (segmentation, targeting and position) is clear for each individual brand through targeted online and offline campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver exciting new product launches across the brands that lands with customers and prospects.
- Manage the brand guidelines to ensure there is a cohesive look and feel to all marketing outputs that promotes the brand and tone of voice.
- Create and maintain content along with the marketing executive that enhances the customer journey on online and offline tools and collateral.
- Create and develop ideas for the websites and portal enhances alongside Head of Website.
- Support the marketing executive in driving digital ads to key landing pages that convert to leads or purchases.
- Working with sales and R&D, research and develop product opportunities that will meet market trends and needs.
- Working with our PR agency to drive brand awareness, affiliate links and event/sponsorship promotion in line with key campaigns.
- Identify key trends and topics that represent opportunities for thought leadership in the industry.
- Hold regular meetings with sales, R&D and technical teams to deliver timely internal and external projects.
- Organise, deliver, attend or participate in online and offline events, working with the marketing executive and graphic designer to create engaging content and displays as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis.
- Identify and implement marketing tools that will streamline and enhance activities.
