**Summary**

General Site Handyman and delivery/collecting driver. Perform miscellaneous manual labour activities.

Key duties and responsibilities
- Part of Maintenance Team dealing with all site facilities issues
- Monitor and react to faults and requests on the “Workmate” Maintenance system
- Maintains a safe working environment and adheres to HSE policies and procedures
- Assists the Maintenance team carrying out general tasks under their supervision (Basic Planned Maintenance tasks)
- Handles products in a safe and careful manner
- Adheres to the relevant legislation regarding the deposal of waste

**Experience**
- Holds a valid driving licence
- Good site knowledge
- Use of power & hand tools
- Good H&S awareness
- Able to prioritise workload

**Skills**
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Manages time and delivery/collection sequences
- Basic plumbing skills (water)
- Basic joinery skills
- Basic painting & decorating skills

- No formal qualifications needed, qualified by experience
