**Job Title: Logistics Supervisor**

**Reporting to: Business Support Services Director**

**Location: Battersea Head Office**

**Job Summary**

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**

**Stock & Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, parts and equipment.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring quality control and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular stock and equipment checks and audits to prevent discrepancies and shortages.
- Implement inventory control measures to reduce waste, theft, and inefficiencies.

**Supervision & Team Management**:

- Supervise and support the logistics assistant to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training to enhance team efficiency.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to in all operations.

**Logistics & Distribution**:

- Coordinate with operations, and logistics assistant tester to ensure timely distribution of materials and equipment.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to track deliveries and resolve any stock-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and dispatches.

**Compliance & Reporting**:

- Maintain up-to-date records of inventory transactions using the company’s equipment management system.
- Prepare and submit reports on equipment levels, usage trends, and any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control systems, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- A good command of English Language.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in the cleaning, facilities management, or logistics industry is an advantage.
- Electrical qualifications.
