XPO Logistics are looking for an Operations Supervisor for our Saint Gobain Contract in Robertsbridge. This is your opportunity to take charge of a busy and unique operation. You’ll be comfortable delivering our commitment to the customer and driving the operation forwards - does this sound like something for you?

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum dpendant on experience and shift. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Take overall responsibility for the day to day running of the late site and Transport operation, including the relationship with the customer.
- Drive operational compliance and maintain Health and Safety standards.
- Ensure that all KPIs are hit and meet the customer SLAs
- Get involved in HR activity, including incident investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.
- Maintain stock file accuracy through both manual and automated WMS.

**What you need to succeed at XPO**:

- A strong, demonstrable background in warehouse management
- Ideally, you’ll have worked in a 3PL environment and understand customer needs
- Practical exposure to WMS systems and Microsoft.
- Experience of managing performance in a leadership role.
- CPC Qualification desirable but not essential.
