Rush Europe is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of all staff, ensuring the smooth running of the business and effective communication between staff. This position will report to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for supervising all staff on a daily basis.

**Qualifications**:
**High School Diploma or equivalent.**
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.

**Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

- Supervise all employees daily, ensuring smooth running of business and effective communication between staff. This includes managing daily tasks such as scheduling appointments, booking appointments, scheduling bookings, handling customer complaints, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £31,905.00-£34,018.00 per year

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 1 year (required)
