What's On Offer Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 OTE (depending on experience) Office hours Monday - Friday 9-5 Hybrid working: Ability to work from home a couple of days per month Bonus scheme: Performance‑based Career growth: Genuine opportunities for development and progression within a global network Modern workplace: Large, well‑equipped Feltham office with a collaborative environment Company stability: Join a business that continues to expand and perform strongly in the market The Role Oversee day‑to‑day import operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service to clients Manage a small team, providing leadership, guidance, and support Coordinate import shipments from origin to delivery, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal departments Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction Support management with reporting, KPIs, and operational planning About You Proven experience in ocean freight imports within a freight forwarding environment Strong knowledge of customs procedures and documentation Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills High attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure IT‑literate with experience in freight management systems A proactive, team‑oriented individual who takes pride in delivering service excellence WR Logistics are the #1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
