**Administrative Assistant Job Description**

The AdministrativeAssistant will be reporting directly to the Office Manager, while working closely with our scheduling teams and trade supervisors. You will be expected to produce estimates based on a schedule of rates for various aspects of building maintenance, alongside this, working with in-house engineers and sub-contractors to deliver works within our SLA’s. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records using our internal database and contractor diary, ensuring health and safety, costings, completed works and materials are logged correctly.

**Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities**
- Great telephone manner when answering the phone to internal staff and customers.
- Ability to keep accurate and detailed records in what can be a fast-paced environments.
- Assist with the preparation of Estimates using Schedule of Rates.
- Scheduling internal and external engineers ensuring they are used in the most cost-effective way and deliver on Customer Promises and meet Service Level Agreements.
- Ability to update in house CRM system and maintain accurate records.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, productivity, planning, scheduling and KPI compliance is delivered in line with business expectations.
- Working closely with trade supervisors ensuring all records are up to date.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shepperton, TW17 8AS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
