We have a very rare and exciting opportunity for a Head of Business to lead our team at LIND Motorrad Welwyn Garden City.

We are seeking an experienced manager who is driven and enthusiastic, with absolute focus on team development and business performance. An individual who has a proven track record in senior automotive management who is looking to further their career to take this thriving BMW dealership to the next level.

This is a key position within the LIND Family, reporting to and having the support from the Regional Manager, and benefitting from the support of our head office departments, you will have the freedom to lead and develop your own business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide clear leadership, motivating and managing our highly experienced team
- Ensure that our customers enjoy the very best experience
- Liaising with the manufacturer to maximise relationships and opportunities
- Achieve LIND & manufacturer business plans
- Achieve/Maintain a minimum upper quartile in manufacturer KPI’s
- Be the face of LIND BMW in Welwyn Garden City
- Demonstrate a progressive management career in the automotive trade (minimum of 5 years at senior management level)
- Full understanding of Budgeting/ P+L/ Accounts/ Manufacturer schemes etc
- Possess a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets
- Be driven, and understand that success comes through being a part of great team
- Create an experiential showroom environment for customers
- Grow opportunities off-site
- Ensuring LIND ethos is carried throughout the business
- Work closely with our marketing department to promote business
- Understand and grow our online presence
- Have a full understanding of social media and maximise its use
- Have an absolute desire to be close to our customers (we are passionate about bikes too we regularly attend events, social meetings)
- Hold a Full UK Motorcycle and Van Driving Licence
- Have the desire to have fun and create a fun environment

In return we offer a basic salary of £51,250 and a bonus of £10,000 which is uncapped.
