**Service Specialist, LIND BMW Motorrad, Welwyn Garden City**

**OTE £29,400**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Specialist to join our already highly successful team at BMW Motorrad Welwyn Garden City.

This role is at the core of our customer experience. You will join the service team in building lasting relationships with customers new and existing, guiding and advising them on work needed on their motorcycles and being with them every step of the way.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Reporting to the Aftersales Manager
- Achieving budgets
- Liaising with all Departments
- Advising customers on the service journey for their motorcycles
- Ensuring manufacturer systems and procedures are followed
- Maintain records and process accurate Warranty Claims
- Maximising profitability whilst maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
- Maintaining and building close relationships with new and existing customers
- Previous motorcycle/ automotive trade experience within a service department
- A can-do attitude

- Ability to utilise multiple systems

- Excellent communication skills

**Desirable**:

- Experience with using automotive systems such as Kerridge
- A full A Category Motorcycle Licence is desirable
- A strong knowledge of BMW Parts, Accessories and Clothing
