A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Specialist/Expert to join our team at Lind Motorrad Welwyn Garden City.

Standard customer service is not enough here at our dealership and we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated with outstanding customer service who can actively promote and endorse the high standards of both brands at all times.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Assist in the running of a busy Service department
- Achieving targets for hours sold
- Maintaining and building close relationships with new and existing customers
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Service and availability
- Create a memorable experience for the customer from enquiry through to completion of the work on their vehicle.
- Ensure that daily budgets are met
- Providing the workshop Technicians with parts when required
- Producing quotes for the Sales Department
- Inventory checks workshop pre picking
- Ensuring deliveries, returns and orders are secured and on time
- Previous experience within the motorcycle /automotive trade
- A First Class can do Attitude
- Be a Team Player
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Great Computer Skills
- Ability to utilise multiple systems
- A Methodical Approach
- Be Approachable and Honest
- Excellent communication skills

**Desirable**:

- Good mechanical knowledge of BMW motorcycles
- Experience with using automotive systems such as Kerridge
- A full A Category Motorcycle Licence is desirable

In return we are offering a competitive salary OTE range of £19,734.94 - £24,578.31 which is dependant on experience and whether hired as a Specialist or Expert.
