Asset Finance Co-ordinator

The key purpose of this role is to ensure deals are accurately & efficiently prepared for payout in line with the credit approval and all regulatory and compliance requirements
**1.Core Responsibilities**
- Check all documentation has been fully completed and signed as required
- Ensure documentation, invoices and all associated paperwork comply with credit approval
- Complete Funding Checklist with 100% accuracy and sign to confirm
- Activate new deals
- Be responsible for maintaining accurate records in relation to both equipment suppliers and broker commissions
- Liaise as appropriate with other Functions
- Keep brokers or customers/suppliers up-dated with payment progress where required
- Work closely with the Sales, Operations and Credit teams and keep them appraised on current payout status and any issues they need to be aware of, or need to become involved with
- Identify and escalate any instances of fraud or other suspicious activities and report these to line management
- Identify any risks to the Bank and escalate to the appropriate person
- Follow and keep up to date with current best practice and regulatory requirements and where appropriate, recommend improvements or changes to procedure
- Assist with Invoicing & Direct Debit File preparation, supporting Customer Services Officer as required
- Ensure that all monies received for new deals are allocated accurately and in a timely manner and support OSB Finance with reconciliation queries
- Be responsible to ensure that any post funding activities are completed in a timely manner, including but not limited to, registration of assets with HPI and the full execution of all finance documentation
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing as required
- Complete general administration duties and ad hoc tasks or projects as and when required
- Ensure that you fully understand and comply with the organisation's Risk Management Policies as they relate to your area of responsibility and demonstrate in your day to day work that you put customers at the heart of everything you do
- Ensure that you fully understand and comply with the organisation's Data Governance Policies as they relate to your area of responsibility and demonstrate in your day to day work that you treat data as an important corporate asset which must be protectedand managed
- Maintain the company's compliance standards and ensure timely completion of all mandatory on-line training modules and attestations
**2.Experience Requirements**
- 2 years' experience of working in a customer service environment is essential
- 1 years' experience of paying out deals, or undertaking similar processes is essential
- 1 years' experience of working in asset finance market is desirable
