We are looking for bright, personable, self-motivated individuals for these roles.

You will be working within our Commercial team and will have responsibility to deliver a highly personalised service to our customers. You will enjoy the challenge of removing complexity, so everything for the customer is made simple from negotiations throughto renewals.

We are looking for Account Executives and Account Handlers encompassing all levels of experience. If you can provide exemplary service, build rapport with new and existing clients, and have a natural business curiosity we are excited to meet you.

We offer a blend of working between our office in **Thames Valley** and your own home.

**Account Executives and Handlers working together to**:

- Develop new business and community links through targeted marketing strategies.
- Natural business acumen to deliver the best possible outcome for our clients.
- Developed expertise to be a trusted advisor, able to ask the right questions and willingness to listen and learn.
- Ensure client retention targets by providing an excellent level of service.
- Obtain renewal terms, mid-term adjustments or quotations, present to client and prepare required documentation.
- Undertake market mapping exercise to establish most competitive terms available.
- Record all relevant information, correspondence, and documentation on Acturis.

**You will need**:

- Experience of commercial insurance is essential.
- Sales or business development experience or ability to manage an existing portfolio.
- CII Certified would be advantageous - or willing to work towards the certification.
- Good negotiation and broking skills.
- Superior client service skills.
- Experienced user of Acturis is highly desirable.
