The Role: This is a blended Corporate Client Executive/Account Handler role requiring a flexible approach to servicing our UK and overseas based clients. Your role will centre around managing and nurturing long-term client relationships. You'll provide advice, handle renewals, adjustments and queries with professionalism and empathy. You'll also deepen your technical expertise across a range of commercial insurance classes, with full support for training and development. What you will be doing: Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and dependable service Managing mid-term adjustments, renewals, and day-to-day client queries Working closely with insurers to negotiate terms and secure the best outcomes for clients Continuously developing your knowledge Staying up to date on market developments and product changes to enhance your advice Producing market presentations and client reports using Word and Excel Enjoying being part of a collaborative team Qualifications: A client-first mindset 2 years + experience within corporate insurance broking Acturis skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions Strong organisational skills and careful attention to detail A genuine interest in developing your client service and technical knowledge Comfortable working remotely, backed by regular daily team engagement Self-driven and proactive attitude Cert CII (preferred but not essential) Preferably knowledge of Financial Institutions and PI, D &O, Cyber insurance You must be a UK resident and possess a commercial/corporate insurance background As Talisman is a Chartered Broker, progression with CII Qualifications would be strongly supported Desired Skills and Experience Ambitious and customer focused. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Insurance qualifications are preferable but not essential. Good insurance knowledge preferably from a broking background. Experience in dealing with both new and existing business. The role also requires the ability to work well within a team environment and a flexible approach to work. You will have the ability to build relationships and liaise with clients at all levels.
