We’re one of Oxford’s fastest-growing AI startups, and now we’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help us win (and wow) our larger clients — agencies, consultancies, events businesses, and scaling B2B teams who want to transform their outbound performance.

Own the entire sales cycle for larger accounts
You’ll manage and support a portfolio of larger and more strategic accounts, ensuring they get real outcomes and love working with Benji.
Work with product, marketing, and customer success to bring customer insights into the heart of how we build.
As an early sales hire, you’ll help refine our pitch, improve our processes, and create repeatable ways to win enterprise-level clients.
Has 2–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, consulting, MarTech, or a similar space
Up to £40,000 base salary, depending on experience
Performance-based bonuses and equity options - share in the value you help create
Work directly with the founder and leadership team - your impact will be immediate and visible
