You'll be working for Minster's in Croydon. Minster's is one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK and are specialist insulation & dry-lining distributor offering comprehensive range of products online and across our network of 25 branchesnationwide.

As a quick learner, you'll be flexible to work in different areas, take responsibility for the work you do and always show good attention to detail. To supervise our warehouse, you will have:

- Experience of working in a Logistics and Distribution environment
- Strong communication skills
- High standards of Health & Safety
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Industry experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

**What will I be doing in the role?**
Our Operations Supervisors are very important to the smooth running of the business, you will be responsible for the safe, continuous and efficient running of the warehouse. The role is important to help ensure products are where they need to be on time andyou will be responsible to ensure that the product is ready for the customer to collect. To support our customers effectively you will;
- Supervision and planning of day to day logistics and transport operations, taking responsibility for problem solving and managing situations arising
- Work with the Operations Manager to identify and action individual and team training needs
- Achievement of warehouse Key Performance Indicators to agreed standards, incorporating productivity, pick accuracy and customer service targets
- Ensure that all vehicles are inspected safe and all defecting completed
- Making sure that all drivers are within safety limits and are operating according their working directives.

**Hours of work: Monday to Friday shifts - 06:30 - 16:30 or 07:00 to 17:00**
