the Croydon area
Hours of Work:
Full-time- 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday

As the Operations Supervisor – C4C, you will play a vital role in the Asset and Facilities team, working closely with the C4C Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include supervising Head Housekeepers and cleaning staff, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring that our services are performed to excellent standards. You will assist with inspections, contribute to training new staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, creating a seamless and high-quality service for our tenants.

Operations Supervisor – C4C Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in delivering Facilities Management Services
  • Strong ability to supervise a team effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in IT, including MS Office
  • A valid driving licence; access to your own vehicle preferred
