Based in Essex, we are a specialist construction and logístical services company to the elevator & escalator industry from small and large residential and commercial projects throughout London and the south of England
The role entails working as part of a small friendly office based team, primarily undertaking all offices duties
The preparation project planning documentation for submission and use by our site based teams, helping with tendering and estimating for new projects, monitoring works and providing the management team accurate scheduled reports.
This is a busy and varied role, so it's important that you can manage your own workload and prioritize conflicting demands effectively.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collate project related documentation
- Liaise with clients and SCS management team
- Update weekly files to monitor project progress & costs
- Preparation of project information and documentation
- Involvement with operations programme
- Preparation of quotations for pre measured works
- Assist in updating current processes wherever possible
- Normal office admin duties as required
- Preparation and submission of RAMS for site commencement
- Preparation and submission of compliance documentation
**SKILLS & QUALITIES**
- Excellent Microsoft Word & Excel skills required
- Good Telephone Manner & Communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Able to work to fast paced, demanding timescales
- Willingness to learn new skills and embrace and develop procedures
- Conscientious
- Smart, presentable appearance
- Should live within a commutable distance
- Experience in construction is preferable but a desire to learn is essential
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
