We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven European Administrator to join our UniEurope team in Tilbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience, ideally within logistics, who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. What You’ll Be Doing: Processing and acknowledging new customer bookings. Completing compliance checks and maintaining accurate system updates. Managing daily costing and billing in Multifreight. Running reports that support workload management, compliance, and performance. Communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to drive actions forward. Supporting meetings and providing general operational assistance. Skills & Qualifications: Previous administration experience (logistics sector preferred). Strong numeracy with the ability to calculate costs, tariffs, and billing accurately. High attention to detail and commitment to compliance. Confident written communication, especially via email. Ability to chase and coordinate stakeholders to complete required actions. Competent with IT systems; experience Multifreight is an advantage.
