Account Executive

As part of our continuing expansion, we have the opportunity for an enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team. The successful applicant will be customer focused, oragnised and have experience in the live events industry at a junior or voluntary level. They will be at home in a fast paced, hands on environment and thrive under pressure. **KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supporting Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to maintain and develop key client relationships
- Taking clear and detailed client briefs and communicating these to the technical team to deliver
- Attending client meetings and site visits
- Updating booking software with event progress and milestones
- Creation of sales proposals and marketing materials including case studies
- Sourcing logistics information to aid in the creation of crew communication documents
- Identifying areas to develop new business
- Attending networking and industry events
- Other duties to meet the needs of the business
**QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY ATTRIBUTES OF THE CANDIDATE**
- IT proficient (essential)
- Have a high standard of personal presentation
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to react quickly to tasks in an efficient way
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables and stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring multiple projects are moving toward their deadline
- Be comfortable asking clarifying questions but also confident to proactively make suggestions toinitiate/improve tasks
- Be a strong communicator who can clearly translate a brief from a client and also communicate the necessary briefing details to the Projects Team in order to deliver the event
- Be a strong presenter and storyteller who produces good written work and has an eye for visualdesign as proposal creation and case study creation will be a key element of the role
- Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
**TRAINING & PROGRESSION**
On-going training will be provided as the job role requires. We value our team and want to see them progress and develop their skills and career within the organisation. Career progression within our expanding company would be available for proactive individuals.
**WORKING HOURS**
Due to the nature of our industry, we require our employees to have a flexible approach to their working hours. Typically, your working day would be 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, though we operate a flexible start time for staff where needed. Work outside of these hours and at weekends will be required as our workload / projects require. We try hard to manage a work/life balance for our team.
**HOLIDAYS**
- 28 days per year
- After 3 years continuous service you will receive your birthday off (day off can be taken within 7 days of your birthday)
- After 5 years continuous service you will receive a further day’s holiday
**PENSION SCHEME**
A company pension scheme which the company contributes to on a monthly basis will be available.
