**What You'll be Doing Each Day**:

- Draw up and maintain IT governance regulations and procedures of the region.
- Organise and participate IT planning of the region.
- Liaising with HO, IT Centre colleagues, departments and regional institutions to involve, ensure characteristic requirements are managed and implemented in an orderly way.
- Take on other departmental duties assigned by the Head of Department.

**The Skills You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Bachelor or above of Information Technology, Computing, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Science in Information Technology, Mathematics, or other equivalent
- Experience in ITSM and Project Management.
- Experience in IT compliance.
- Multilingual, good at English and Chinese

**Job status**: Perm

**Start date**: ASAP

**Working hours**: 9-5
