**Summary**:
To provide quality and timely services in relation to a broad range of Investment Accounting and Performance Analysis.

**What You'll be Doing Each Day**:
Investment Accounting
- Investment accounting booking in both asset and portfolio levels
- Producing monthly investment accounting report
- Keep on updating the booking method based on the reporting requirement, optimize the reporting result
- Conduct investment annual revaluation on the basis of annual accounts, external valuation report, etc.
- Interact with internal tax and operation team, carry on SPV accounting and regular management

Performance Analysis
- Develop and maintain calculation module, calculate investment returns in different dimensions (Total return, IRR, Cash yield, Capital growth, etc.)
- Performance attribution analysis and factor calculation (Allocation, Selection contribution, etc.)
- Analysis on benchmark performance and keep following benchmark dynamics
- Processing performance data request from HQ, and management on regular basis

**The Skills You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Fluent English and Mandarin in writing and speaking
- Excellent Chinese Investment Reporting skills
- Good experience in Accounting and Finance
- Solid knowledge from bookkeeping to Annual Accounts
- Good knowledge and experience of preparing annual accounts in IFRS and UK GAAP
- Good knowledge of performance analysis on both portfolio and property levels
- Good skill in Excel and other office tools
- Strong team-working/ collaboration ethic with good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in cross culture environment
- CFA Passed or Qualified ACCA or ACA accountant as advantage
- BA Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
