**Director, Transformation and Group FP&A**

**Duration: 12 Months**

**Pay: £700 - £800 day Inside IR35 Umbrella**

**Location: London - 2-3 days a week in the office**

**The Role**

The role is the key lead in the Group FP&A Transformation team, which is a newly created team under the Group FP&A organization. The role will be responsible for driving the evolution of FP&A at a Group level and across the organization, leading change initiativesand driving adoption. This is a Director role, reporting to the Head of Corporate FP&A Transformation in the Group FP&A team.

**Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities**

**Drive new FP&A initiatives through effective partnerships**
- Own and manage the design and implementation of key FP&A initiatives, linked to the Finance Strategic Objectives, including centralised reporting, KPI dashboarding and driver based forecasting / scenario modelling
- Collaborate with Core FP&A and the divisional/functional FP&A teams with the design, implementation and adoption of FP&A transformation projects, and embed into the BAU operating rhythms of FP&A
- Partner with the Centre of Excellence on reporting and forecasting process design to drive the FP&A evolution
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement across FP&A, and drive process improvement across FP&A to streamline and optimise activity

- Divisional and functional FP&A leads, CoE, Group FP&A Core team, Strategy

**Technical/Professional Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate the benefits and bring people onboard with new ideas. Strong listening skills to understand and absorb the current state, to inform the future direction
- Strategic and creative thinking to assess opportunities for improvement and to target at the most impactful areas
- Strong sense of process ownership with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent collaboration skills to partner effectively with various teams and across functions of the business (Finance and Non-finance)
- Experience in leading change and driving user adoption of new processes / approaches
- Expert level with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), with strong proficiency in modelling a plus

**Education / Certifications**:

- Professional Finance Qualification - e.g. MBA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
