Finance Director

Our client is a global leading Financial Technology (FinTech) business that’s going through an exciting period of change. They’re currently seeking to bring a talented Finance Director into their organisation who has a highly commercial mindset to lead theTransformation of the Group FP&A Function in a hybrid working culture.
**Drive new FP&A initiatives through effective partnerships**
- Own and manage the design and implementation of key FP&A initiatives, linked to the Finance Strategic Objectives, including centralised reporting, KPI dashboarding and driver-based forecasting / scenario modelling
- Collaborate with Core FP&A and the divisional/functional FP&A teams with the design, implementation and adoption of FP&A transformation projects, and embed into the BAU operating rhythms of FP&A
- Partner with the Centre of Excellence on reporting and forecasting process design to drive the FP&A evolution
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement across FP&A, and drive process improvement across FP&A to streamline and optimise activity

- Divisional and functional FP&A leads, CoE, Group FP&A Core team, Strategy
**Technical/Professional Skills & Competencies**
- A formal accounting qualification with likely 10+ years PQE and prior experience in a relevant large-scale transformation role, within a large, global & complex business
- Strong communication skills, able to grasp and distill key messages
- Strong sense of process ownership with organisational and time management skills to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Collaboration skills to partner effectively with various teams and across functions of the business (Finance and Non-finance); ability to influence others
- Expert level with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
