**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently source, order, and manage parts for the bodyshop team, ensuring timely availability for repair jobs.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure prompt deliveries and service.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records, performing regular audits to minimize waste and discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal teams and external customers, addressing parts inquiries and offering expert advice.
- Process parts orders and returns with precision, utilizing the bodyshop's systems and protocols.
- Collaborate with the bodyshop team to support workflow efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, vehicle specifications, and new product lines.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a parts advisor role, preferably within a bodyshop or automotive environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components, particularly related to body repairs.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using stock management systems and IT tools.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
