We are now expanding our Projects team and we are looking for a motivated Construction Project Coordinator who can combine technical know-how, empathy and professionalism to deliver outstanding results As our Construction Project Coordinator you will be the main point of contact for clients and their contractors - guiding them through the build process, managing contracts, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and on budget. You will play a crucial part in realising our clients' dream homes while projecting Oakwrights' commercial and quality standards. As our Construction Project Coordinator you will be specifically responsible for: Overseeing the delivery and erection of structural oak frames and encapsulation systems on site. Managing project timelines, budgets, and stage payments with confidence and professionalism. Communicating clearly and constructively with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Surveying and inspecting sites to ensure quality, safety, and compliance at every stage. Recording and reporting on progress through defined Gateways. Thinking both logically and creatively to find solutions and maintain momentum on site. About You You'll be someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a changing environment, and can build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You'll have: In addition to this, you will have: Experience in construction management (or as an experienced tradesperson ready to move into project management). The ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings. A solid understanding of general building and health & safety practices. Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. A positive, proactive, and empathetic approach - balancing client care with commercial awareness.
