Due to ongoing success of our business, Thorn Baker Construction are currently looking for a methodical & ambitious Office & Compliance Manager to assist recruitment professionals in delivering customer service excellence and compliance within in our Bristolbranch.

**The Role**:
- Compliance and payroll for our Tech & Trades Teams
- Assisting with the new CRM implementation
- Liaison with our Head of People regarding H&S Matters
- Liaison with Head Office & Our Central Services team
- General office duties such as purchasing, diary management and events
**About You**:
- Experience as either a compliance or office manager
- Ideally you will have some experience with payroll functions
- You will be highly organised with attention to detail
- Experience with marketing functions is desirable but not essential
- You will be able to embrace change and new technology quickly
