**About the Role**:
As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. You will provide administrative support to various teams, assist with document management, and facilitate internal coordination. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and a passion for renewable energy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _Create and document processes and ways of working_
- _Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records._
- _Act as a first point of contact for visitors, calls, and enquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment._
- _Maintain and update company documentation, customer and project records via CRM system._
- _Support on Scheduling of resources and customers for upcoming works._
- _Support financial administration, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and liaising with suppliers._
- _Assist in HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training schedules._
- _Monitor office supplies, coordinate procurement, and ensure facilities are maintained efficiently._
- _Organise company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as required._
- _Work collaboratively with different teams to support day-to-day operational requirements_

**Requirements**:
Essential:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and other administrative tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Willingness to learn and further their own professional development

Desirable:

- Interest in sustainability and the renewable energy industry
- Previous study or work experience relating to renewables
