Facilities Supervisor

As an **Electrical Supervisor**, you will manage the delivery of all mechanical, electrical and associated maintenance services across the site. You will manage a team of engineers plus sub-contractors ensuring that an effective and efficient service is delivered and maintained, service levels are in line with the contractual KPI's and overseeing supplier / labour costs to ensure financial targets are achieved. Build a strong working relationship with internal and external customers to ensure that all services are delivered in a professional, timely and cost-effective manner. Compile accurate management information/reporting as required and submit in a timely manner to appropriate stakeholders. Play a key role to support any site audits, including but not limited to, quality, health and safety, environmental and finance.
**What we are looking for**
**Main Duties**
Manage customer escalations and communicate effectively. Promote QHSE best practice and consistency within the team. Assist Engineers and planning team, providing support, advice and guidance to ensure best use of time and resource. Route cause analysis of day to day issue for continuous improvement of processes and data. Investigate and provide resolutions to issues that impact first time fix, double job handling and unnecessary sub-contracting.

**Qualifications & Experience**
Electrical Qualification C&Q Level 3, competence and experience working in a fast paced environment. Experience of working in a technical Estates environment. Must have experience within a supervisory and or Team Leader role.
