Position Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced
Pipe Fabrication Welder/fitter
to join our fabrication division. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating piping systems to specification, ensuring high levels of accuracy, safety, and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding of pipework using TIG, MIG, and MMA processes (as applicable), coded welding

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, isometrics, and fabrication sketches

• Fabricate pipe spools, brackets, and structural components to required tolerances

• Carry out fit-up, tack welding, cutting, and preparation of materials

• Conduct welds in accordance with industry standards and company procedures

• Work collaboratively with supervisors, inspectors, and fellow fabricators

• Maintain a safe and tidy workspace, following all HSE requirements

• Participate in weld testing and quality assurance processes as required

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a pipe welder

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications

• Proficiency in TIG/MIG/MMA welding processes (include any specific requirements if needed)

• Current welding certifications (or the ability to re-test) coded would be an advantage

• Experience working with stainless steel, carbon steel piping

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid CSCS card
