Laurus Cheadle Hulme's Administration Team play a crucial role in the day-to-day life of the school. Our Receptionists are the first point of contact; face to face and over the telephone and are responsible for meeting and greeting visitors as they arrive in school. We expect a high level of professionalism, a friendly manner and the ability to communicate effectively.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To be the first point of contact to visitors to the school and as such will provide a professional and welcoming presence in Reception.
- To provide confidential administrative support to the school.
- To provide an efficient and effective reprographic service to the whole school.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Sound educational background including GCSE’s in Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent
- Good practical skills in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working in a school environment or similar administration role would be beneficial.
