**Job purpose**

To provide leadership to the staff. To support the members of the team on a daily basis, setting clear team goals and creating an open communication culture, ensuring that the work complete is compliant and according to the customers’ expectations. To assist the Contracts Manager and Co-Ordinator, delegating tasks and set deadlines for the team.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Set clear team goals and delegate tasks as required.
- Oversee day-to-day operation.
- Monitor team performance.
- Great attention to detail and create reports as required
- Supervision of staff and ensure all staff contribute to the efficient running of the contracts

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Excellent admin skills and ability to use company CRM [CASH]
- Ability to co-ordinate and manage scheduled work within agreed timescales and understand Service
- Level Agreements
- Good Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain good working relationships
- Previous experience in a team leader role would be advantageous
- Good Geographical Knowledge would be advantageous

**Other Information**

This a permanent role we are offering based in the South, Region 2, Leyton.

The rate of pay we are offering is wage is between £12.98 - £17.69 paid hourly, depending on experience, based on a 40-hour week.

A van and company mobile phone will be provided.
