You would be responsible for working alongside one of our Partners, making sure that their expectations are not just met but exceeded.
**The role of a Partnering Supervisor**
The main responsibility for this role will be to support the Partnering Manager in the upkeep, organisation and control of the Partnering Store and to effectively work as part of a team in which you’ll make sure our customers can rely on a timely, friendly and dependable service. You will need to meet and exceed our customer's expectations in terms of the efficiency of the service we provide.
**What you'll need**
We're looking for someone who has had experience within the industry - you'll need to understand customer requirements in order to ensure you supply the right products. You will be a knowledgeable and friendly individual who can provide dependable service whilst at the same time optimising branch sales and gross profit. We need an individual who can use their initiative to identify sales opportunities and offer advice and solutions to customers, thus maximising profitable sales and margin.
