The pupils' range between 8 and 17 years and have a range of difficulties, including trauma,anxiety, OCD, and behavioural issues. The students therefore need a Mental Health Assistant who is understanding, proactive and up for a challenge

The school has small class sizes, allowing for greater 1:1 time for pupils and stronger relationships between staff and students.
