This full-time permanent position offers a structured 5-day roster, providing excellent work-life balance while delivering essential mental health services to our community. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive clinical nursing care to adults experiencing mental health challenges in community settings Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers Support clients and families through recovery-focused care approaches Participate in case management and community outreach programs To be eligible for this position, you must be registered as a Nurse by the Nursing/Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and hold a current practicing certificate. You must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
