As a Mental Health Recovery Worker at Rethink Mental Illness, you will be making a difference to someone’s ability to live a fulfilling life.

We are looking for a full time Mental Health Recovery Worker as the service grows and the needs of the clients change. You will receive training from an experienced manager and the team who will support you on your journey. The staff team are flexible and support each other to work around their own commitments so hours are negotiable/flexible depending on your individual

Sydney House is a supported housing service operating from 9:00 - 17:00 weekdays with no weekend work required. The objective of this service is to move our clients back into the community. The service is low to medium support, and you will be key working 3 to 4 residents, forming meaningful relationships and undertaking various activities and helping them with day to day living, going out for coffee and shopping and being an integral part of their move on process. Medication is not administered by staff.

We support nine residents and he small team is passionate about given them the best opportunities to regain independence and build a happy life.
