**Job title: Organiser Peripatetic (Fixed Term - 12 months)**

**Job Location: Hybrid, offices based in London, York, Glasgow, Dublin and Bristol.**

**Hours: 34 hours per week (full time)**

**Salary: £47,972 plus London Weighting of £5,928 where appropriate.**

We are looking for a talented and creative Organiser who can work with us across companies in the UK and Ireland. This role requires you to be flexible to work with a variety of companies in different regions.

**Do you have the skills we are looking for?** - We are looking for talented and creative Organisers who are ready for the opportunities that organising and bargaining in a new era of rail will bring. As a creative thinker you will be able to identify, plan and pursue organising and campaigning opportunities that achieve the strategic aims of TSSA. You will be able to identify and cultivate workplace leaders through your own strong interpersonal and leadership skills. You will be able to lead collective negotiations and challenge employers via the representation of members in pursuance of TSSA’s bargaining, organising and equality agenda. You can be based in any of our offices: London, York, Bristol, Dublin or Glasgow. The roles will require future travel across your region and at times nationally.
