Credit Controller - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract Join to apply for the Credit Controller - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract role at Workspace Group. Workspace is home to London's brightest businesses. Supporting the Credit Manager, you will work closely with the Database Services Team, along with the wider Workspace teams including Finance. You will work hard to meet challenging collection targets and deadlines, while keeping a good sense of humour, a keen sense of camaraderie and a healthy amount of empathy for tenants in difficult situations. What You’ll Bring Good level of numeracy with strong attention to detail Strong Excel skills Previous experience in a financial role Politeness, firmness and tenacity Previous experience in customer care and the ability to resolve customer complaints This is a 12 month fixed term contract. This role requires you to be in the office 4 days per week.
