We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated ward Private Patient Coordinator to join our Haematology team in providing high quality administrative support to the private patient service within the department.

In return we will provide the necessary support to ensure your development within your role. We are keen to support and develop our staff through a clear career pathway and encourage promotional opportunities within the Trust.

You will have experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team and have the ability to interact and build positive working relationships with various stakeholders both internally and externally. Being an effective communicator and highly organised in your approach, you will be able to provide dynamic and appropriate support as required in a complex and busy environment, whilst ensuring our patients have positive experience at the Trust.
- Welcome all private patients on their arrival to the department, ensuring that the patient and their relatives are dealt with in a prompt, professional manner.
- To communicate with patients, members of the public and staff in a friendly, professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Actively manage the secretarial/administrative processes associated with private patient pathways and the functioning and effectiveness of clinical teams.
