**We have exciting opportunities for a Patient Pathway and Data Coordinator to join our Oncology & Haematology services unit. This role is based at our Consulting Rooms building located on Harley Street in London with a competitive salary on offerof £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.**

As Patient Pathway & Data Coordinator you will play a key role in leading on the administration of our Cleveland Clinic London (CCL) patient pathway and be the core central point for all patient bookings and communications for the teams.
- Job Type: Full Time, permanent position.
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday; 9am to 5:30pm.
- Location: 116 Harley Street, London W1G 7JL (close to Regents Park & Baker Street tube stations).
- Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Collect patient data across a range of business and quality metrics as agreed in the contract.
- Keep the tracker of all CCL patients going through MDT (both at The London Clinic and CCL) up to date, and the patient work will need to be tracked to understand what is being treated at The London Clinic and what work gets taken out of The London Clinic.
- Ensure all the key documentation is requested for MDT discussions and the forms completed, signed by chair and added to our system (Dr Connect).
- Build good relations with the CCL Surgeons and their PAs to ensure smooth transition of patient bookings and journey.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous healthcare industry administrative background with knowledge of doctor’s practice (private practice would be advantageous).
- Knowledge of data collections and IT skills.
- Strong sense of patient focus and delivering exception customer service in a hospital setting.
- Basic secretarial and strong PA skills in a fast paced environment.
