Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a PR & Content Specialist EMEA to join our team in UK
**Job Summary**:
This new role is part of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Communication team for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Eurasia (EMEA) and will be responsible for executing the content strategy for the company, to generate compelling multimedia content across several channels, including integrated brand PR campaigns, engaging videos, as well as a consistent social media calendar that will reflect Wyndham’s key messages and narrative.
The PR & Content Specialist will plan and directly manage a variety of campaigns that enhance and protect the organisation's brand reputation, by leveraging existing and new communications tools and channels, including digital communications, traditional PR, influencer marketing and social media. The Content specialist will ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice. They will collaborate with external agencies and vendors and producers to create relevant content that meets the needs of both internal audiences and external audiences, while also conducting regular competitive audits. The role will also be responsible for PR event planning, including coordination and logistics. Some international travel will be required.
**Experience/Certificates/Education**:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications role with a track record of delivering professional content across traditional and digital media, including social media strategy
- Proven experience of creating and delivering multimedia content across traditional PR, digital and video content.
- Social media savvy
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Business-ready fluency in additional European languages would be an advantage
- Expert user of Microsoft office and professional programmes for editing and publishing content in different formats
- Experience managing budget and forecasts according to an annual plan
- Vendors’ management
- Able to travel up to 20%

- ** Competitor knowledge - **Demonstrates knowledge of the hospitality sector and Communications discipline including the highest awareness of competitor activity and target audience and maintains up-to-date knowledge of key issues in the marketplace.
