Office Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organised workspace
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Type, proofread, and computerise documents accurately
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, demonstrating strong organisational skills
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy
- Knowledge of general office procedures and clerical duties
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Pay: £23,386.00-£25,838.00 per year
