You will be the first point of contact for our Customers, Suppliers and Colleagues:

- Dealing with Customer Pricing Enquiries, liaising with Suppliers and responding to Colleagues requests
- Processing customer orders, issuing sales invoices, allocation of payments, processing supplier invoices all on SAGE.
- Assist with all general tasks as part of the office team as required
- Have initiative and enjoy working as part of a Team

As a Finance Assistant, you will be integral to supporting the financial operations of our organization. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks and utilizing software like Sage to maintain accurate financial records. Your premium skills in customer service and Microsoft Excel will enhance communication with clients and team members. Additionally, your proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills will ensure efficient workflow and contribute to the overall success of our finance department. **Qualifications**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Previous office and administrative experience
- Familiarity with Sage software is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Fluent in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Yearly bonus
