**Job Title: Contract Team Leader**

**Salary: Competitive**

**Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 - 37.5 hours per week**

**Location: Loanhead**

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Timely invoicing and reporting of the WIP on a dedicated contract including queries between Operations Managers.
- Invoicing of client projects works.
- Provide regular MI & Reporting on FM WIP & SI’s.
- Work proactively to reduce e current level and ageing of contract WIP.
- Support the resolution of debt and payment issues with clients.
- Assist Contract Administration Manager with tasks & assisting where needed.
- Produce reports and anomalies/exceptions on direct costs.
- Provide administrative support to Commercial Administration Manager / Operations Director on Contract Variations, Debt and pipeline reports.
- To carry out any other duties commensurate to the role.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience in a similar role advantageous
- Previous experience in working in similar role.
- Diligent highly numerate with an attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Full clean driving licence

**Key Skills**:

- Computer literate, experience in Excel & Finance systems essential.
- Self driven and focused individual with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work as part of the wider FM team.
- Proactive/problem solver.
- The ability to understand contract conditions.
- The ability to investigate and resolve financial queries from internal and external sources.
