**Job Title: Technical Services Administrator**

**Salary: Competitive**

**Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week**

**Location: Loanhead, Edinburgh**

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Liaise with engineers / operatives to ensure timesheets are submitted correctly and in a timely manner.
- Process and cost engineers / operatives timesheets in the CAFM system accurately and in line with the defined timescales.
- Populate the payroll upload templates accurately and in line with the defined payroll cut-off dates.
- Liaise with the Payroll Team to ensure queries are resolved quickly.
- Assist with the timesheet / FSI-Go training for new starters.

**About You**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Tenacity.
- Ability of prioritise workload.
- Previous finance / payroll experience advantageous.
- Experience of CAFM / ERP system / Microsoft Office.
