**About the role**

As a Sales Administration Assistant you will be working within the sales administration team, carrying out administration for all key tasks within the department. You will be working with all relevant departments in relation to sales, sales order processing, production requirements and despatch, including the provision of relative documentation.
- Provide administrative support within the Sales administration department
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Ensure sales tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet all departmental and business requirements
- Process all sales orders for leisure vehicles, new orders/amendments to existing orders, from receipt through to despatch of the complete unit
- Liaise with relevant departments regarding to sales, sales order processing, production requirements and despatch, including the provision of relative documentation
- Process invoicing of all leisure vehicles
- Communicate with internal and external customers on all aspects of sales, sales order processing, production, financing and despatch
- Assist retailers on all aspects of sales administration queries, providing a timely and high quality service
- Attend shows such as NEC (where required) as a representative of Erwin Hymer Group UK.
- Carry out general office administration.

**What are we looking for?**
- GCSE Qualifications or equivalent in English and Maths
- Previous demonstrable experience in a similar administration background
- Understanding of sales environment
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- IT literate
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to complete and maintain accurate records
- Ability to build both collaborative external and internal working relations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to strict deadlines
