**What you can expect**
- Full time permanent position
- 35 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm
- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

**About the role**
You will provide administrative support to the sales team for all key tasks within the department.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To support the Sales Administration Manager in the day-to-day operation of the department.
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Ensuring sales tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet all departmental and business requirements.
- Processing of all sales orders for leisure vehicles, new orders or amendments to existing orders, from receipt through to despatch of the complete unit.
- Liaising with relevant departments with regards to sales, sales order processing, production requirements and despatch, including the provision of relative documentation.
- Invoicing of all leisure vehicles.
- Communicating with internal and external customers on all aspects of sales, sales order processing, production, financing and despatch.
- Assisting retailers on all aspects of sales administration queries, providing a timely and high quality service.
- Attending shows such as NEC if required, representing Erwin Hymer Group UK.
- General office administration.
- Any other reasonable duties as required.
**What are we looking for?**
- 5 GCSE's Grade A-C/5-9 including Maths and English or equivalent
- Previous demonstrable experience of working in a similar background (i.e. administration)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- IT Literacy
- Ability to work as part of a team and build up collaborative working relationships with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to strict deadlines
**Salary**
£20,934.00 per year
