**The role**:
We are looking for an energetic and personable On-site co-ordinator with a background in On-site logistics, Warehouse/Transport or Transport Recruitment.

You will report to the Customer Success Manager, and primary our role is to provide world-class service to our customers, using Matrix’s technology to fulfil our customer’s recruitment and operational requirements.

This role will be on-site Monday to Friday and based at our client’s hub in Lutterworth LE17 4XN, you will also be required to follow a rota that covers weekend on call cover.

**How will you do it?**
- Host service meetings with the supply chain and measure service level against KPI’s
- Understanding of framework and compliance
- Create excellent relationships with the supply chain whilst demonstrating a clear drive to service our customer
- Being able to understand requirements of customer needs and deliver timeframes within our SLA periods
- Follow up to make sure timesheets are submitted and approved without queries each week
- Attend weekly and monthly customer meetings, providing operational overviews of service delivery performance
- Provide training support to customers, to ensure they are using Matrix technology effectively and efficiently
- Be committed to achieving the right outcomes for your customers - ensuring all key performance targets are met and working with Business Managers to achieve the customer’s commercial targets Highlight any commercial anomalies so they can be addressed immediately
- Be committed to providing world-class service to your customers - achieving the highest scores in customer satisfaction measures and following up on feedback where necessary
- Other tasks as required.

**About you**:

- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the confidence to listen and interrogate customers to ensure full and proper understanding of their requirements
- A good understanding of logistics operations, this can include experience in Transport Recruitment or on-site operations.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure the maintaining and upkeep of all operational operating practices.
- Knowledge of Drivers rules and regulations, working time would be advantageous
- Have a flexible attitude and understand we are working within a 24/7 operation
- Love to talk and be excellent at building relationships with people over the phone and face to face
- Be comfortable working on your own
- Have experience of MS Office and be ‘tech savvy’
- Have a head for numbers and the ability to understand what the data is telling you

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
